The Days of some Slaves

Josh left the room, and went in the shower. During his shower, he felt a shiver, and quickly got out. He ran outside, and cursed at himself. After a little bit, he walked into Melissa's room.

Josh: I was wrong about something.

"What is it?" She asked softly, seeing him naked

Thankfully, he at leas had his coat on. He walked over to her, and knelt down. He exposed his shoulder, and took a wash clothe. He started wiping it on her, and it disappeared.

Josh: It isn't a curse, it's just magic. A practical joke with magic. I felt him use it, and he got to Starr. Fortunately, she is alive, but, they amplified one of her desires.

She sighed "Who?" She frowned "What desire?"

Josh: I don't know who. And the person amplified Starr's desire to drink, probably to the point of when she couldn't control it. She is passed out in the halls now.

"Poor Starr"

Josh: Yeah, I know. I need to do something quick, give me a moment.

He ran out, then came back in with his clothes on.

Josh: Alright, I think I have an idea.

"What?"

Josh put his hand on her, and closed his eyes. After a couple of seconds, an image of a guy sitting on there roof laughing came into their heads.

Josh: Yes, with your supernatural senses combined with my magic, we found our culprit.

She nodded softly, smiling

He disappeared for a moment, with what sounded like a explosion of energy. He came back into the room with Starr in his hands, and set her on the bed next to her.

Melissa sighed

Josh sat down in the chair, and started to doze off again.

Melissa watched

Josh eventually fell asleep, and started snoring slightly.

Starr started cuddling up against Melissa, snoring lightly.

Josh woke up with a jolt, and started rubbing his head.

She looked worried

He got out of the chair, and headed for the door.

Josh: I need to go out to do some stuff, I'll be back later.

"Alright"

Josh nodded, then left the room. He put up his hood, then exited the house. He wandered the streets the bit, and walked up to an abandoned bar on the edge of town. He gave the door a couple of knocks, and it swung open. He then entered the bar.

Lucy had followed secretly and invisible, She walked in after him.

He walked up to the bar tender, and looked like he ordered something. Josh asked the bartender about them, not specifying on those people were. The bartender said some stuff in elvish, and Josh nodded grimly.
