The Slaves and their Master

Lilith walked around the woods, smiling. She was happy that she just turned sixteen. She started to skip, wondering what to do. She heard noise and froze, then turned towards it. "Hello?" she said, curious. "Who's there?"

Gaffey came out of a bush and waved his hand "Hello there ma'am! may i ask you what you are doing out here at such a late time?" he asked questioningly.

Gwyn was sitting in a tree, minding his own business when he heard some voices. He stood up and closed his eyes, becoming one with the shadows, where no one could see him. He laughed in his head, wondering what these people were doing here in his forest.

"Celebrating my birthday," she giggled. "It's noon...not that ate," she smiled at him. "Mommy and Daddy told me to go away so I came here to play..." she blushed a bit, "I turned sixteen today" she smiled brightly.

"Well Happy birthday! I think the forest may have given me a birthday present!" he than took off his top hat and pulled out some flowers "aww the forest gave you flowers how sweet!" he than handed the flowers to her "Hope you like em the forest made them it's self

A group of people walked up to them, around 10 in all, gave them a curious look. A man, who looked like a general, walked up to them.

Man: Excuse me, ma'am, have you or your slave seen anything suspicious in this forest?

"Slave?" she shuddered, "Okay, for one I don't own slaves...two slavery is cruel...and three no." There was a hint of anger in her eyes, She sighed and slowly calmed down, "I get angry when I hear about slavery...and what do you mean by suspicious?"

"I am not her slave! I myself am a free elf of this here forest! also what do you mean by suspicious activity? i haven't seen anything myself but who knows maybe the forest knows!" he than yelled into the air "hey forest any suspicious activity?!"

There was a tap on the man's shoulder, and when he turned around, his men were all gone. In their place was a rather scrawny looking man with gold hair and blue eyes.

Gwyn: Well, the forest doesn't know. But, I suppose you want the forest yourself. Just let me know if you need anything.

He grabbed his mouth and nose like he was going underwater, and disappeared in the shadows.

Man:. . . That would be it.

"Cool," she said softly, smiling. "I like him...but you..." she glared at the general. "If you support slavery then you have my fist to answer to"

"So thats who the forest was freaking out about intresting" he than looked to the guard "it seems we have a guard that supports slavery.....maybe Kit-Tora could teach him a thing or too"

Man: I do not support slavery, I just assumed that he was one. I apologize sir, I did not mean to offend you. No, that man is not cool at all. He is a vampire and a direct decedent of King Arthur's mosted feared enemy. The black Knight. He is considered dangerous and devious, and must be stopped at all cost.

She smirked, "So?" she rolled her eyes, "THAT is being prejudice...if you weren't than what you said was..." she took in deep breaths. "I get really mad when bad things happen or when people are jerks..."

"That guy did seem pretty cool though what he may have done to the other guards no diea just be lucky it didn't happen to you. Maybe that was a signal for you to stop hunting him down or something"

Man: No, I have been hunting him for years. His head will be mine. If you see him, let me know.

He started running off, toward the city. The vampire was back in his tree, munching on an apple. He took a big crunch to let them know he was close by them.

She smirked and screamed, moments later some bearswere attacking the general. One licked Lilith's hand, which distracted her.

"Intresting powers...." he than walked over to the mauled body of the general and gently pushed the bears to the side "welp he sure as hell is dead" he than made a vine wrap around his body and hung the vine over a tree "warning to gaurds not to enter this forest"

Gwyn landed next to Lilith. He sat down, and put on a fake expression of sadness.

Gwyn: You killed him? Awe, he was so much fun to play around with. . . Oh well, I'll just wait for the next one. It happens every couple of years or so. It's a lot of fun.

She shuddered and a bear took the body down and hid it

"Aww why do the bears always do that?! I try to make this forest safe and the forest it's self takes down the warning signs in which i have to constantly kill guards to keep them out. I don't like killing them but for the forests safter i must."

Gwyn finished his apple, then dropped it in his shadow. He took a deep bow, and gave them a warm smile.

Gwyn: Nice to meet you two, my name is Gwyn Darkheart.

"The bears do that for me...I'm Lilith Night"

"Nice to meet you Lilith!" he than offered Lilith his hand "The names Gaffey, Gaffey Patches guardian of this here forest" he than offered his other free hand to Gwyn "And it is nice to meet you Gywn."

Gwyn: So, an elf, huh. It's been around 100 years since I last saw an elf. And to you girl, I must admit, I have never seen a non-elf so connected with nature before. It is very interesting to see. Well, it is an honor to meet the two of you, but I must be going now. Happy birthday, Lilith.

She smiled softly, "Nice to meet you too Gwyn and Gaffey...I have to go too"
