The Five Year Old Orphan

Lucy limped around, begging for food, people glared at her and kept walking. She was only five years old and looked sick and weak, the poor girl started coughing. When nobody would help her she went to an alley where some boys beat her up badly. When it was over she crawled to a cardboard box and curled up, crying. She was shaking and terrified, Lucy began coughing again and shivered.

Yue was walking down the street after shopping for some food. She was heading to her car witch was parked in front of an ally when she herd the coughing, she looked around and realized it was coming from the ally she walked forward. What she saw horrified her and brought back terrible memories. She turned around put her food in the trunk of her car and went down to a little coffee shop and ordered a hot chocolate with extra chocolate and walked back to the ally. She went over to the girl who was laying on the card bored much like she had once done and nealed down " hear sweetheart drink this it will warm you up a bit." she said handing her the cup then taking off her over coat and put it around the girls shoulders.

The girl was terrified but drank it. She relaxed and snuggled into the coat, then she slowly finished the drink. She looked up to the woman curiously and relaxed. "Thank you," she aid in a soft voice, then started coughing again. She slowly laid down and relaxed a little.

She smiled and nodded at the girl. She watched as he relaxed , but when she started coughing she gave her a worried look. She felt pity for her she was just like this girl when she was young before a kind heart saved her from what would have inevitably killed her." I know you probably don't trust me but if you like i couldn't take you with me. I could provide a safe home for you that's warm, with food , and everything that you could ever need."

"Okay..." she said softly and climbed out of the box. She got up and whimpered in pain, then shivered. "I'm cold," she said in a soft voice. She started coughing and whimpered again.

she nodded at her then came closer noticing her limp and picked her up bridal style and carried her to the car. S she set her down in the front passenger seat and buckled her up." I know ill turn the heater on okay and then we will be home soon and i will tend to your injures get you a warm meal and get you to bed so you can rest, dose that sound good sweetheart?" she asked as she got in the drivers seat and started to drive to the cabin. ( okay im off ill be back tomarrow )

"Yeah," she said softly and cured up. She started coughing and looked out the window curiously. "Why did Mommy and Daddy leave me alone?" she asked the lady.

i dont know sweetheart but your safe now ill protect you." she said driving down a long road surrounded by trees." i was like you once, i was abandoned after my parents died and forced to live on the streets and fight for everything i had. i would often get beat up badly , but a lady came and saved me from that life."

"Really?" She asked, tilting her head. "Who is you?" She asked the lady another question, then shivered and coughed.

yes, and my name is yue. whats yours?" she asked her churning up the heat in the car so that she wont be cold

"Lucy," she said softly and warmed up, smiling. "I love your name Yue," she smiled at the lady, then yawned.

Lucy yawned again, then fell asleep. She looked peaceful and happy in her sleep. Her fangs were out a little.

she looked at her face and noticed how peaceful she looked then saw her teeth. She has extremely long k 9 teeth. When they pulled up to the cabin she got out and moved around to the other side and opened it. She picked her up and carried her into the nice warm house and layed her on the couch while she looked for some clothes that would fit her and cooked a good meal.

Se woke up and hour later and yawned.

yue walked in with a plate of warm spaghetti and sett it in front of her. "I wasnt sure what you liked to eat sooo..., i have a pair of my old clothes for you if you want to take a bath and change."

She ate quickly and hungrily. "Thank you..." she said wen she was done. "What's a bath?" She asked the lady curiously.

its were you get in water and use soap to clean the dirt off your skin and hair." she said with a smile.( dose she need to drink blood if so how will she tell that she needs blood)

"Oh..." she said softly. "How do I do that?"

here ill show you , fallow me " she said with a smile ans she grabed the girls little hand and lead her to the bath room were a tub of warm water was waiting

She went with Yui, smiling. She looked at the wate curiously

now what you do is you take your clothes off and get in the water on the side of the tub is a rag and next to it is the soap. you can use them to scrub off the dirt, then on the other side is the shampoo and conditioner to clean your hair." she said indicating the location of each thing as she said it " and once your done the towals are under the sink and your new clothes are on the counter. once you get dressed ill brush your hair ,okay?" she said smiling at her.

The girl looked confused and scared

what is it sweetheart whats wrong?" she asked with concerned look on her face as she crouched down to he leavel

"I-I don't know what to do..." she said softly, whimpering. She was confused and scared, which scared her even more and she hated it.
