There were some people on the roof, watching everyone leave. They were waiting to make sure everyone on was gone. On the roof, were several tents, with people walking around them.

Man: Well, there are two types of pure phoenix's. The broader of the two are those who can't take on the appearance of a human. Some time, way long ago, some crossbreeding happened between human and phoenix. The other meaning is a phoenix of fire, since they were the original.

Phoenix: Yes. After a while, after some more types started to form, the nation started to take shape. There is the states of Ice, fire, lightning, dark, and light. There are rulers of each state, then there is a senate and an over all ruler. All of them are pure phoenix's, and about half the population is cross-breeds. Cross-breeds low middle class at best, and don't have much rights.

Phoenix: Well, the past several kings have been half breeds, so that is a huge step in the right direction. All we need is to get some of the leaders and the council half breeds.
