The Homeless

Linden followed her out.

She looked to him and smiled softly. "Thanks for letting me stay with you," she said in a soft voice.

"Well, with me is as good as without me, just with any help you need."

She smiled and relaxed. "Let's make a deal to ony steal from the rich, okay"

"How do we know if they are rich? I only try to steal from the pompous looking ones anyway."

"We'll know by their fancy clothes...remember, I used to live with the rich"

"Yeah, those are the pompous ones."

"I'll help you out, plus it'll be fun"

"Yep. Fun."

She smiled and got up, out of the wheelchair. "Come on, I have an easy target," she said softly to him.

"Cool, lead the way."

She nodded softly and led him to a mansion. A teenager was sitting on the porch, talking on her phone. Scarlet led him around the back and snuck in.

"Where to now?" He whispers.

"Come in," she said softly, smirking

He did as she said. "So, where do they have their valuables and money?"

She led him to a room, there were tons of valuables in it.

"These people are seriously easy." He whispered.

"I told you so..."she started grabbing things quickly, smirking.

He did the same.

She sighed "We need bags..."

He chuckled. "Lets nick 'em."

She smirked "Go look for bags okay"

He left the room and after a short while came back with two backpacks. "These good?"

She nodded and put the valuables in them.

Once she was done he put the bag on. "Now to get out and flog these."
